Nissan Sunny, a bit pricey

Nissan India has launched its sedan car Nissan Sunny the 1.5-litre petrol engine car is priced at Rs.5.78 lakh for the base model and Rs.7.68 lakh for the top-end model ; which seems too pricey for the middle range car.
The Nissan Sunny would compete with other mid-size sedans like Verna Fluidic, Ford Fiesta, Honda City, SX4 and Fiat Linea etc. Sunny is powered by a four-cylinder, 1500 milli-litre double overhead camshaft petrol engine, with maximum power of 99 PS at the rate of 6,000 rpm.
Nissan Sunny Price ex-showroom Delhi are as follows:
Nissan Sunny XE – 5.78 lakh
 Nissan Sunny XL – 6.88 lakh
 Nissan Sunny XV – 7.68 lakh

Kochi Tuskers kicked out from IPL 2012

BCCI terminated the contract of IPL franchise Kochi Tuskers for non-payment of bank guarantee. The Kochi Tuskers team management with a controversial start in the Indian Premier League is said to have defaulted on nearly Rs1.5 billion in annual payments. The franchise had just ignored reminders from BCCI.
Kochi Tuskers team management will file a case against the termination soon.

DA central govt employees raised by 7 percent

Dearness allowance for Central govt employees raised by 7 percent. The UPA government today raised DA for central government employees by seven percent in view of persisting high inflation, said Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni. The increase will be effective from July 1 2011. What about Millions of people who are doing business and poor people?
