Tatkal scheme for railway reservation ticket booking rules changed. 1. The advance reservation time for booking railway tickets under Tatkal scheme has been reduced from two days to one day. 2.Maximum number of passengers allowed on each ticket will be four instead of six. 3.No refund will be given on cancellation except waiting-list passengers. 4.Tatkal tickets will now be issued only upon production of self attested copy photo identity proofs of any one or more of the travelling passengers which he mentioned at the time of booking.
